Our client a well established insurance broker is currently looking for a Branch Assistant to join the existing team. Permanent £15k with good prospects.

If you have worked in a customer service environment - insurance, bank and building society and are looking for a fresh exiting challenge this is the position for you.

The ideal candidate will have previous insurance experience and dealt with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

You will be dealing with the public, face to face and over the phone, helping solve problems, negotiating, giving quotations and selling on the strength of your personality all make for a fulfilling and challenging days work.

Success in delivering the very best in personal, professional service, combined with your ambition and determination will bring progression in terms of responsibility and earnings. Management within two years is a real possibility if you have what it takes.

Everybody is required to take the Certificate in Insurance - run by the Chartered Insurance Institute, which provides an excellent grounding. Every support is given to those wishing to study further.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, intelligent, hardworking and committed.

The hours are 8.15 – 5.30 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday morning 8.30 – 12.00 every 2 months.
