An expanding specialist Sales and Marketing consultancy based in Hampshire that specialise in outsourced Business Development and New Business Acquisition is looking to add an experienced and talented Inside Sales Executive to their outbound team.
The Role
An inside sales role representing various clients and their respective products and services.
Using your effective communication skills you will be responsible for contacting senior level contacts within organisations and getting them to take appropriate action relating to the relevant assignment criteria.
Using your experience you will approach each call in a consultative manner to establish the individual needs of the prospect and understand their requirements.
Using a structured approach you will apply the requisite energy, commitment and skill to ensure client satisfaction and individual target achievement.
Typical assignments are lead generation programs, appointment setting and direct sales initiatives.
Person specification
The successful applicant will be an experienced sales professional who is able to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in an office based B2B sales environment.
You will be a confident and effective communicator who is able to quickly establish a rapport with your prospects and build trust and confidence.
You will be of a subtle persuasive nature, understand the structure of a successful outbound call and be disciplined.
The successful applicant will be positive, resilient, creative and flexible with a winning mentality.
You will be well educated with the ability to think quickly and absorb information and know how to apply that to your benefit.
