EU Market Agents combining both the Sales and Customer Support roles. Are you native Italian, Spanish, French or Norwegian - with excellent command of the English language?
Agents are responsible for all customer contacts from their specific EU Market.
Taking inbound calls from existing customers in conjunction with team targets and providing a quality service to potential and existing customers.
Exceeding company and personal sales targets
Taking ownership for customer queries, comments, complaints and providing solutions or answers.
Managing and responding to all incoming customer e-mails.
Building long term relationships with customers
Answering overflow calls from the UK sales and support areas.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Handle all manner of situations in a confident and friendly manner.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task between telephone and e-mail communications and time management skills to ensure company, team set deadlines are met.
Use of communications via e-mail and internal systems.
Salary : £12,500 OTE £30,000 |
