ASSISTANT MANAGER

Purpose of the job is to assist the manager in the day to day running of the branch, generate sales, and provide the best possible customer care. You will be required to promote the customer. Customer Care Policy, ensure any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and ensure that the customer comes first at all times. You will be aiming to maximize commissions earned through knowledge of commission chart, and maximize revenue on every booking through sales of add-ons. You are to be aware of monthly target figures to help motivate staff to increase sales. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in travel and sales, good leadership and communication skills and good telephone manner. |
