JOB DESCRIPTION
To promote and enhance the reputation of the company through its Sales and Account Management activities. Contact existing and potential customers, promoting the Company’s products and services portfolio, communicating with channel resellers to provide appropriate and effective solutions for their customers. To liaise with internal departments where necessary to ensure optimum customer experience is being delivered and opportunities are being realised to their full potential. Be proactive in your own development to ensure you are up to date with all products, services and processes.
MAIN DUTIES
· Achieve revenue based growth targets for existing accounts
· Achieve new customer sales targets as defined by the Commercial Director
· Undertake training provided by the company to develop own abilities and knowledge
· Complete all administrative processes as required by the Sales Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicating monthly (minimum) with your existing client base, identifying new business potential
• Providing cost effective solutions to prospective customers highlighting the company’s unique selling features
• Pre-sales technical support
• Keep abreast of developments within the industry in general & the company
in particular
EXPERIENCE
• Experience in a team in a target based environment
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Experience in telephone and face to face sales
• Administration via commercial and bespoke software systems and applications
KNOWLEDGE
· A thorough knowledge of the communications channel and specifically items related to the products and services sold by the company
KEY COMPETENCIES
· Learn specific product and services portfolio
· Demonstrate ability to win new business
